Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original packaging

In the same condition you received it
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
We do not refund:

Opened or used products

Items returned without approval

Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for deliveries marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
For lost packages, please contact your local courier.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
